Job Responsibilities:
1.Pre-sales technical support: Collaborate with sales to complete tasks such as customer proposals, solution presentations, technical discussion, product testing (POC), and project bidding for pre-sales technical support
2.Solution Support: Guide the requirements of industry customers and delivery product value , conduct pre-sales project analysis, data security construction planning, and solution design to achieve sales targets
3.Channel Management: Assist the company in managing the partner and channel partner system, and empower them with technical products and services capabilities
4.Market and Industry Support: Provide timely feedback on market analysis data, including industry, market, customer requirements, and competitor analysis, offering suggestions for the company’s product and market direction. Participate in supporting various activities organized by the company's marketing department.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in computer science or a related major, with over 5 years of pre-sales experiences
2.Hold CISSP/CCSP/ISO27001/Security+ certification or related security credentials
3.Be familiar with the network security and data security industry, as well as knowledge of data security products and technologies; understanding of data security trends and governance knowledge systems; experience in pre-sales products and support like DLP, SWG, SEG, etc.
4.Self-driven, capable of working independently with minimal guidance, and able to handle high-pressure situations; able to complete assigned tasks within tight deadlines; strong team player with excellent communication skills, a quick learner, and highly responsible.
